Default Guild Wars Support

Is there a phone number I can call to get some actual Support? Its been two weeks now, and I still haven't even received an email back from them, despite emailing them three times now. And I can't even put in a ticket, as whenever I try to log into that section of Support, it tells me my login failed, despite the fact that I can still access my account, and change my email and password, it still won't accept the new email and password.

Normally I wouldn't be this bothered, but its been two weeks, Guild Wars is the only game I have right now that works on this old computer, and I was super excited to get ready and see Wintersday/Canthan New Year this year, as its my first year playing, but now I can't even log on to finish leveling my Ranger to Lions Arch.

Did you not even get a automated response?
If you did not get that then most likely they did not even receive your email.

I had the login problem too a few week back when i needed to get my account back,I finally gave up and just send them a email instead of using their site, after my issue apeared as a ticket I could log in with no problems, don't know what but I suddenly could.

It may be two weeks for them but again it sound like they haven't even received your email, which of course means they can't help you.

Try sending them a email be ready to fill in these info in the email.

SUMMARY: Reason for you contacting support,be clear and precise and keep it short
PRODUCT LEVEL 1: Guild Wars
DATE CREATED: Fill in the date you created your NCsoft account if you remember
LAST UPDATED: Dont worry about this one, they fill it in.
STATUS: Unresolved
DEPARTMENT: Game Support
NCSOFT ACCOUNT: Your NCsoft name
GAME ACCOUNT: Your Guild Wars account email
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows XP Home/Mac OS X/Windows 7 etc
CHARACTER NAME: One of your characters name.

If your trying to get your account back because it was "hacked" then you will most likely need these information, dont send it to them yet if they dont ask, they may not need them.

Please provide as much of this information as you can:

-- What first and last name did you use when you created the account?
-- What physical address did you use when you created the account?
-- What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
-- What are all the retail access keys currently registered to your Guild Wars game account? (Please include the retail access keys from each campaign.)
-- What is your Guild Wars login name?
-- What are the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used to make any Guild Wars purchases online from us? (if applicable)

The reason im saying to not give it to them yet, is because their human, yes they are NCsoft support but if they dont need your keys then there is no reason to share it with them, you know because of safety and stuff.

But be sure to try to find out those informations.

I've sent in three emails now, one when the problem first occurred using the email given on this page, then again using that email after they hadn't responded in several days, then emailed NCSoft on Tuesday after they hadn't said anything for an entire week. None of them sent me anything back, not even an automated response, and I am totally unable to log into the section of their Support website which would normally allow me to file a ticket, which I've found generally works much faster.

So I've basically been stuck here twiddling my thumbs for two weeks now.

Well I would suggest contacting Gaile on her wiki page,I warn you however to not expect her to be all that helpfull, she may just tell you to keep trying, even thouhg you have done so mutliple times,if your not thicked skinned I suggest to keep away from her.

If you however want to get your account back, contacting her might get you a step closer.

Click on the Web Support under the Support tab. Don't email them at their support email address. That's slower.

I tried that.

If you file a ticket that way, you have to put in your email address and password to log in before you send in your ticket, and whenever I get to that, it will tell me my login failed, even though I'm using the correct email address/password. Even if I go to my account and change my global email and password it doesn't work, neither does it work if I only change my Guild Wars email account and password, it still comes up as "Login Failed" which means I cannot send in a ticket through this method.

If I recall correctly, you need to register separately for the Support system. Are you trying to log into Support using your PlayNC Master Account or GW account information?

This would be the best thing to do,and it would still be a pretty long wait, because the Guild Wars Support Team at NCsoft consists of 3 people, GM Alexander, GM Tangy Orange and GM Cherry Viper, and it takes a while for them to get though all the support that are sent to NCsoft especially after all the hackings that are going on, and the recent bug with the password reset function.

But to answer the actual OP, yes thier is a phone number you can call

Phone customer service for billing and technical issues from Monday through Friday, 12 noon to 5 p.m. CT, by calling (512) 225-6359. Phone support for in-game issues is not available.

To OP, theres an A-Net letter that explains that because of the amount people being scammed by RMT etc. it's taking longer for them to address issues. I messed up changing my password and they got back to me in 4 days, that was about 4-5 months ago. Must be a lot of fools using RMT's & power levellers etc.

If I find the post again I'll edit this and add a link (or maybe someone else can if they know the one I mean!)
